Recently I started noticing that performance often drops in games, especially on high settings, and it really ruins the whole experience. There was a case where in the middle of an important match, the game started to lag, all because I hadn't customized the graphics or removed unnecessary effects. I was told that there are add-ons that help optimize performance, but I'm a complete nub in this. Has anyone tried any of these things? Are there any really useful add-ons worth installing?
