The theory is to make a very big Okami on T5 and use that tempo to go for game on T7/8.
T4 play Okami, T5 play Noble Fairy / Archer + May Guidance May for board control, which makes Okami an 8/8.
T6, if Okami lives, you can play Aria to make Okami a 12/12.
T7, it's possible to get a 7 damage Silver Bolt, which isn't enough to OTK, but we're assuming that we have obtained any kind of damage leading up to this turn.
Else, we can play Rose Queen to deal 6 damage on T8 or 9 damage on T9.
The biggest weakness is if the opponent has an Execution to contest the T4 Okami. In that case, we can take the chance to go wide and apply pressure on the tempo lost from that T4.
